Well, just a little note really to say thank you for returning my call so promptly. Although you were not available on the day, we were greeted at the Ormskirk branch with such warmth by Jan and promptly booked in for our appointment (smiling all the while!).

We hardly had time to take a seat in reception as Joanne then appeared who had been briefed prior to our arrival. She stayed with us throughout the consultation and did a great job in the explanation of cost afterwards - not the hard sell that I was expecting but a very professional approach which was exactly the way to make me feel at ease.

I was actually taken by the overall friendly and professional atmosphere of the practice. I would say that you have the right attitudes towards looking after clients and I look forward to visiting over the next 2 years with both my 14 year old and 12 year old. (So get the kettle on for my next visit!)
