We offer treatment for children under the age of 18 on the NHS and on a private basis, as well as private treatment for adults.

Children's brace treatment:

 

NHS treatment is offered free of charge, provided the patient is under the age of 18 when treatment begins and that the criteria set by the Department of Health is met. Children must be referred by their dentist to Blackburn PCT's Referral Management Centre to be allocated an orthodontist for assessment.

 

Private treatment is available to those children whose families would prefer it. Many children whose problem is too minor for NHS treatment can have their teeth straightened quickly, and even invisibly, on a private basis. We offer easy ways to pay for this, including interest free credit with monthly payments. These can start from as little as £65 a month.

 

You may refer your child for private treatment straight away by filling in our online self referral form. Our Patient Care Coordinator will contact you soon afterwards to discuss all your requirements.

 

A complete consultation can be booked for just £100. This will include:

 

  • Time with the orthodontist to discuss any concerns you and your child may have

  • A full clinical examination of your child's teeth

  • Study models

  • X-rays, if necessary

  • Digital photographs

  • A complete treatment plan, outlining your options for courses of orthodontic work

  • Time with your Patient Care Coordinator to answer any further questions you may have and to discuss your payment options in our discreet private patient area

Adult brace treatment:

 

Private brace treatment is a fantastic way to get the beautifully aligned smile you've always wanted and we can provide it for you. With a range of treatment options, including aesthetic braces, now is the time to find out what we can do for you!

 

Treatment starts from as little as £1500 for adults, too. And of course, easy monthly interest free payments can be arranged, meaning you could only be paying from just £65 a month for your gorgeous new smile.
